The staff at the resort were absolutely wonderful and made our stay incredibly enjoyable. The owner and his wife were very friendly and accommodating, and the food they prepared, especially the rice and curry dinner, was absolutely delicious. The pool was a refreshing treat after a long day exploring in the heat. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with great AC and lovely balconies overlooking the pool. The location was also ideal, just a short distance from all the attractions. our stay at this resort was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sigiriya.

The rooms at Amelia Resort are absolutely fantastic! They are spacious and beautifully decorated, making you feel right at home. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the air conditioning ensures a good night's sleep. The balconies offer stunning mountain views, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea in the morning.
Personally, I found the flat-screen TV in the room a bit small. However, I understand that some people may not mind that and still enjoy their favorite shows or movies.

The breakfast was decent and the staff was friendly enough. The location was very convenient, close to the main attractions and easy to find. Plus, the room was equipped with all the necessary amenities, like a hair dryer and basic toiletries.
The room was not very clean, with mold on the walls and a bad smell in the bathroom. The bed sheets were also stained and the towels looked old and worn out.

L'appartement était spacieux et agréable avec des équipements efficaces. Le personnel était accueillant et sympathique. L'emplacement était idéal, en plein centre-ville, à proximité des restaurants et des magasins.
Rien, tout bien.

I recently stayed at a hidden treasure in Sigiriya for a few nights. The hotel's location is truly unique, with a natural jungle area right in front where we were able to spot beautiful birds. The meals at the hotel were delicious, and the swimming pool and other areas were very attractive. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the vehicle parking area had shady spots under big trees. The hotel is also conveniently located just a few kilometers from the historical "Seegiriya" rock. I will definitely come back when I visit Seegiriya again.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The comfortable rooms and refreshing pool were perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. And the food? Some of the best we've had on our entire trip!

Spent Christmas at a hotel in the jungle. Lovely views of nature and comfortable beds. the staff were friendly and provided a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast every morning. the hotel is located close to a famous rock and a fortress which offered great opportunities for sightseeing.
The road leading to the hotel was very bumpy which made it quite uncomfortable to travel. the dinner was not up to par, quite expensive and with limited options.
